Our contracts team is a forever-growing area of our business. We currently have a our own employed fitting teams including highly skilled craftsmen, trained to exacting standards to complete any project with the minimum of fuss or disturbance.

We fit full plots of gas and electric appliances to new build properties for some of the UK’s premier house builders including Taylor Wimpey, Redrow, Bellway, Bloor and Persimmon Homes plus many equally respected regionals such as Newland Homes, M. F. Freeman, Dorchester Living, Wain Homes and YTL Developments. Our teams can adapt to the demands of large sites and travel throughout the whole country each week.

Our contract portfolio also includes major universities, colleges, holiday accommodation sites and NHS facilities. Our in-house contracts team are at the other end of the phone to help with tenders, enquiries, product advice and more.
