The Sales Team
Our excellent sales team incorporates national and regional account managers and an in-house telesales team. Dedicated account managers are at the other end of the phone and email to discuss your requirements and you can make an appointment for them to visit you at your store or office too. Alongside providing product advice and expertise, the team can help secure the items you require and organise delivery without fuss or delay.
Many of our account managers have been with D.A.D for between 10 – 27 years and are well placed to understand your needs, offer a second-to-none customer experience and build long-term business partnerships. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the right advice to our customers, no matter the size of the company, from family independent to large multinational.
Our contracts team is a forever-growing area of our business. We currently have eight fitting teams including highly skilled craftsmen, trained to exacting standards to complete any project with the minimum of fuss or disturbance.
We fit full suites of gas and electric appliances to new build properties for some of the UK’s premier house builders including Taylor Wimpey, Redrow, Bovis and Bellway. Our teams can adapt to the demands of large sites and travel throughout the whole country each week.
Our contract portfolio also includes major universities, colleges, holiday accommodation sites and NHS facilities. Our in-house contracts team are at the other end of the phone to help with tenders, enquiries, product advice and more.

Our website provides real-time stock availability, intuitive navigation and easy-to-use filters. Orders can be placed easily 24/7, giving you total flexibility. You can also check your account details and view invoices on our online portal.
Fleet and Delivery
Our own large fleet of vehicles, from 7.5-ton trucks to 40ft trailers, is both flexible and large enough to cope with all demands. We have a specialist logistics team who work around the clock six days a week to plan and execute all deliveries, working to a scheduled weekly timetable throughout the UK and Ireland, so you’ll always know which days your delivery will arrive. In addition, we can send out full-load deliveries within 48 hours.
You may have seen one of our many vehicles delivering across the length and breadth of the country, with our professional and highly trained drivers getting appliances to you, our customers. For this reason we are known for ‘going the distance, delivering the goods.’

Our monthly Price Beat magazine is full of great offers and can be received digitally or in paper copy, so you never miss out on our current promotions. A quarterly SDA catalogue is also available which lists our extensive range of small domestic appliances available. In addition, we supply individual brand flyers and price lists, plus up to three weekly emails showcasing our top offers.

Keeping it Green
We continue to look for ways to reduce our energy usage both in our offices and warehouse.
D.A.D is proudly partnered with The Appliance Recycling Group, a carbon-neutral company who are passionate about recycling appliances. Any scrap products that we pick up are delivered in bulk to them and are either repaired for a second life or the components are fully broken down into recyclates to go back into making new appliances. Our logistics team fully optimise routes to ensure maximum deliveries are made within the shortest distance possible. We also provide a collection and delivery service in one go, eliminating a second journey and reducing mileage.
We are committed to reducing waste on site which includes recycling shrink wrap, paper, cardboard, scrap metal and ink cartridges.
We have solar panels on the roof of our warehouse to help power our buildings and help us reduce our carbon footprint and have sensor lighting in various areas of the building to reduce energy usage.
Most of our external communications are now paperless, and we only send out paperwork on request.
