1. Where can I obtain login details?

To log in to the site you first need to have an account with us. If you don't have an account see question 2. If you already have an account then send an email to webenquiries@dad-online.co.uk quoting your account number and business name and address, and we will send you a log-in name and password.

2. How do I open a D.A.D account?

D.A.D is a distribution company that deals with trade customers only. If you are a trading company please contact our friendly Sales Team on 01452 504084 (option 1) for further information on opening an account. Alternatively go to our 'Downloads' page and download the New Account Form and fax back to 01452 509380.

3. How can I change my Login or Password details?

If you need to change your login email address or password please email us at webenquiries@dad-online.co.uk quoting your account number, business name and address and we will send you the relevant details.

4. How does the website order system work?

The website acts solely as an ordering facility, you do not have to make any payment transactions online. When you place an order on the website, it generates an order email which is sent directly to our Web Sales Team. The details of your order will then be checked against our live system and an email will be sent back to you including confirmation of the order and delivery times. 5. What if I want to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you need to phone our main Sales Team on 01452 504084. You may be charged up to a 15% handling charge depending on the nature of the cancellation. Terms and Conditions Apply.

6. How do I check the progress of my order?

To check your order's progress, you can phone up the main sales line on 01452 504084, who will be able to help you with any queries about the status of your order.

7. How do I contact your technical support team?

You can phone the technical support team by phoning 01452 504084 and selecting option 8 for 'marketing', or email on webenquiries@dad-online.co.uk.

8. My product needs returning - what shall I do?

If there are any problems with anything you’ve ordered from us, you can contact our Returns Team on 01452 504084 and select option 6.

9. What if I need additional delivery information?

To obtain any information on when your order will be delivered or general delivery enquiries phone Transport on 01452 504341.

10. How much is the delivery charge?

If your order is £500 or more (before VAT) then delivery is free. If not, a £45 delivery charge will be incurred.

11. How do I know whether you have a product in stock?

Next to each product is a box indicating whether the product is in stock or is due to be in stock. If the product is due to be in stock, you can phone the sales line to find out exactly when it is due in. However, due to the way the website operates the stock levels are only updated once daily, so unfortunately inaccuracies can occur. We would always recommend for the most accurate information that you contact the sales team for stock levels.
